You’ve tried to push through. Maybe you’ve even tried therapy before and it helped a little, but something still felt out of reach. That’s not a failure. It means you need an approach that goes deeper than words. One that honours your whole self, including where you come from.

You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm. You might be in recovery or questioning your relationship with substances. You might carry wounds from your past, including intergenerational and colonial trauma, that show up in your relationships, your body, or your sense of self. Whatever you’re carrying, you deserve a space where all of it is welcome.

I work with adults navigating big emotions, chronic stress, and life after trauma, using body-based, experiential, and expressive therapy. My approach integrates elements from many modalities, including somatic psychotherapy, narrative therapy, DBT, EFIT, and the arts, because healing happens holistically.

As a Métis therapist, I bring cultural understanding and lived experience to this work. I offer a space where Indigenous clients can feel genuinely seen, without having to explain or justify their identity, their history, or their worldview.
